I was diagnosed with small sliding hiatal hernia and Gerd by gastro with extra manifestations -LPR as i had chronic cough and would vomit mucus n food. Upper GI , throat scope , barium swallow done . I was put in omeprazole 40 mg a day and then on cocktail of 20 mg Omperazole n 20 mg famotidine. I have made all lifestyle changes but my symptoms dont subside. I still get chronic cough. I lost 15 kgs of wt. i am not sure what to do now .
