I was diagnosed with h pylori positive and corpus gastritis approx 1.5 months ago..completed my antibiotics course before 25 days. And now taking esofag L capsule for last 25 days. But still I'm having gas problem , gas passing and chest discomfort. What should I do? Can anyone help me in next course of action,?

Hello Doctor, I've been having rectal bleeding after a bowel movement for 2 days. I never had this problem before. There's no pain or itchy sensation. No growth around the rectal area. The blood is bright red (fresh). 2-3 drops each time. I am not constipated neither i strain or sit too long in the toilet. What could be the problem? Please help. Can you prescribe any medicine as of now to stop the bleeding?

Whenever I enter into train after boarding, within few minutes it starts burping, once I drink water again burp comes. I don't face this issue at home. Only while travelling. Please advice what would be root cause.

Female,71, April 2025 routine check diagnosed compensated cirrhosis no symptoms. Less appetite Mild pedal edema. Biopsy /endoscopy, not done Taking nutritional cobadex, fdson d3, calcimax since 6 mnths. Lactulose. On Thyronorm for subclinical hypothyroidism, carvedilol 3.125 twice for liver n high bp, istamet for prediabetes. 1. Recent b12 test is 1255 high. Dr said continue supplements ??  2. Usgabdomen, 6 mnths back: shrunken right liver parenchymalchanges. Spleen 11.8 cm. Fibroscan 31 kpa,188 cap. AMA, ASMA,LKM1,HCH,HBSAG all neg. ANA positive 3+.IgG 24. Recent:Normal liver size altered echo texture, dilated channels around porta, 11 mm portalvein, spleen splenculus 21x16 mm. No ascites Low hb,rbc. Normal WBC, platelets, ptinr, AFP, electrolyte. Earlier elevated liver function r now normal except GGT of 40. # Query is anything to be done for *spleen, *high b12 ?? *Any portal vein issue as bp at times remains around 150/80. In a dilemma, as dr said nothing needs to b done!! 🙏

Earlier I used to have pinworms in my poop but nowadays it is not there in the poop. I didn't took any medication specifically to remove pinworms in poop. Is it common among all. Is it a problem?

Till yesterday I was on hp kit.. today I started with pyloflush I feel till now i had normal bowl moment.. after starting pyloflush i feel like passing motions many times .. this use to happen before the start of antibiotics.. .. wt should I do.. antibiotics dint work on my stomach ??

Hello Doctor My biopsy report came with H pylori positive associated with chronic active antral gastritis with mild atrophy ..I have started taking antibiotics but I am worried will it cure or anything serious ?? Because google shows mild atrophy is a precancerous lesions Kindly suggest

Hi i got tested recently, Sgot - 29, Sgpt - 46,Ggt - 50. Then fibroscan Cap 310 and 6.8 kpa. I am 135kg and height is 6.6 ft. I used to drink moderate alcohol before and now only socially. Will this get better and can i still drink socially like once every 2 weeks.
