Since the past few months my life has changed a lot however I have noticed that particularly in the past 2 months I have been feeling too exhausted and sleepy throughout the day even after having 6-8 hrs of sleep at night. I feel the urge to fall asleep during my working hours and lethargic to focus on my work. I am frustrated about this issue. I want to feel energetic throughout the day so help me in this regard. My Mom is 55 yrs old, she has developed a swelling on her foot from past few months, she has difficulty in walking, also the swelling leads to the formation of pit like structure when pressed on. Also the skin has become so thin that even if we try to massage the skin tears up n there's a wound created there, the wound never heals can u lmk is it edema? If yes which doctor should we consult? Hi I am on fluzin 5mg daily once at night for vestibular migraine since 3 months As 3 months completed stil how many days to take the treatment for migraine I don't have headache aura dizziness as of now

I was suffering from constant fatigue and insomnia from a long period of time . Tsh,na ,k ,mg,cbc,diabetics profile ,lft normal ,vitamin b12 ,vitamin d normal. Doctor prescribed me fluoxetine 10mg in the morning and clonazepam 0.25 mg at night. All my fatigue went magically and I could do everything , went for long walks without getting tired. But after 2 weeks symptoms returned ,now even after 30 mins water muscles are paining and the fatigue has returned. Pls suggest why ? Should I stick to the medicine or change ??

Is consuming Duphalac 25 ml daily after dinner safe? I face hard stool problem very often due to which I want to consume Duphalac daily.
