There's no risk. The dog was also vaccinated. It was a good thing, however, that you washed your hands with soap and water.

Every time an exposure like this happens in future first wash the affected area with soap and running water for 15 minutes. Get rabies immunoglobulin and post exposure prophylaxis if there are scratch marks or bleeding, or if there are any licks on mucous membrane, or licks on broken skin.

If skin on ur little finger , dog licked area in Unbroken without any wound, then mostly might not be any risk . As the dog saliva might contain other bacteria too be cautious of any further symptoms though it’s been 2 months .
