Generally cyst in eye don’t run in family also as u said there is no history of any type of dermoid cyst in your family then its least likely to occur in your other child.. howsoever if you want to get confirmed get genetic counselling and targeted genetic testing done.

Unlikely for the second child to develop dermoid cyst in the eyes as it's not a inherited disorder.

Second one is very unlikely to have cyst as it is mostly sporadic and also most cysts are non contagious so don’t worry about it And don’t take stress about this little things as that can affect the baby

Dermoid cysts in the eye are usually isolated findings and not inherited. If there’s no family history, then the chances of the second child having it are low. No need to worry for now, but regular antenatal scans needed to help detect any ,early during pregnancy.
