My Father's TSH is 8.75 . Rest parameters in the report seems fine. Is there any other specific test needed before consulting? Should he be on medicine lifelong or for a fixed term?

Sob not improving

Low ferritin and B12
My ferritin is 10.90, iron is 57 and b12 is 281.
Will femozer plus ( ferrous bisglycinate 60 mg + methycobalamin 500 mcg+folic acid 1mg +zinc bisglycinate 15 mg) tablet okay for me.
Iron tab cause constipation to me.
