Based on what you described — one brief chest pain 5 months ago, no pain for 6 months, and normal hs-CRP, Lp(a), ApoB, and homocysteine — this does not suggest heart blockage. Heart-blockage-type pain usually: lasts 5–20 minutes, comes with exertion, feels pressure/heaviness, improves with rest, often repeats. A single 1-minute pain with months of no recurrence and normal cardiac risk tests is very unlikely to be from a blockage. More common causes: acidity (GERD), muscle strain, anxiety, costochondritis, gas, posture. If you currently have: pain with walking/climbing, breathlessness on exertion, sweating with chest pain, or ECG/echo abnormalities → then it's worth checking. Otherwise, your past pain does not fit blockage.

Kindly do an ECG for baseline, and more details are required to understand the cause of chest pain. A live consultation will be better.

1. Your one-minute chest pain 5 months ago is NOT typical of heart blockage. Heart-related (blockage) pain behaves in a very specific way: • Happens during exertion (walking fast, climbing stairs) • Lasts 5–20 minutes • Feels like heaviness, pressure or squeezing • Often radiates to arm, jaw or back • Often repeats again and again over weeks • Gets worse with time You had: • Only one episode • Only 1 minute • No repeat episodes for 6 months • Normal daily activity afterward This does not match heart blockage pain at all. 2. Your advanced tests are normal — this strongly lowers your heart blockage risk. Normal results in: • hs-CRP • Lipoprotein(a) • Lipoprotein(b) • Homocysteine These tests predict your risk for heart blockages. If all are normal at age 27, your risk is extremely low. 3. If it was from heart blockage, you would have had symptoms again by now. Blockage pain does not appear once and disappear for 6 months. It becomes: • More frequent • More severe • Triggered by exertion Since none of this happened, the pain was not cardiac. 4. More common reasons for one-minute chest pain at your age At 27, the most common causes are harmless: Muscle strain Sharp, brief, random pain. Costochondritis Pain with certain movements or touch. Acidity / reflux Burning or tightness that feels like chest pain. Anxiety or stress Sudden tightness lasting seconds to minutes. These are far more likely than heart problems in young adults.
Next Steps
Do you need any more tests? Usually no, unless: • You get chest pain again • You get pain while exercising • You have a strong family history of heart disease under age 50 If needed, the simplest test is: ECG + Echocardiogram These can fully rule out structural or functional heart issues.

If you get the chest pain which is radiating to left shoulder and left arm , and there is breathlessness or shortness of breath, then it can be heart related Then you should go for ECG first, but ecg also doesn’t give an accurate interpretation, usually we are preferring for 2D Echo But if these symptoms are not there, only chest pain, then it can a gastric pain also
Next Steps
Avoid taking oily or fried foods, no carbonated drinks, take your meal atleast 2 hours before bed time No hot tea or coffee in morning empty stomach and no hot milk during bed time
Health Tips
You can take tab nexpro L one tablet in morning before breakfast atleast for week

Your tests (hsCRP, Lipoprotein A/B, Homocysteine) are all normal, which is a very good sign. A single 1-minute chest pain 5 months ago, with no pain afterwards, is unlikely to be from heart blockage.
Next Steps
• Do an ECG and 2D Echo once for confirmation • If both are normal, you don’t need to worry about heart-related pain
Health Tips
Most brief chest pains at your age are due to acidity, muscle strain, or stress — not heart disease. You are safe, just get the basic tests done once.
