Chest pain mostly in the centre for 10 days after I had a fever and a cold because of a perfume smell. I took no medicine but recovered in 3 days. Since then, I have had chest pain, but there is no fever or cold.

Pain in chest in a 30 year old is less likely a cardiac cause. Post cold cough and fever it could most likely be someth benign due to inflammation. Some more information on symptoms like does it increase on deep breathing may help narrow it down.
