On blod test it found t4 has been increased 14 and rest t3, tsh normal. Then what should be done for doses qty. She is also patient of rheumatology and asthma

I had high uric acid last month and took Febuxostat (Febutaz) continuously for about 30-40 days, after which my uric acid reduced to 4.7 mg/dL earlier it was 9.2. I stopped the medicine on 27 November, and after 20-25 days my uric acid has become elevated again. Why? I've been eating clean and strict diet food, completely veg protein, avoiding high purine food.
