Firstly, please consult a General Surgeon in your area for a physical examination. The diagnosis of piles should be left to the Qualified General Surgeon. Ayush Doctors will diagnose piles where none exists and then claim credit for having treated them without surgery. The very concept of piles is different for Surgeon practising Modern Medicine and the Ayush Doctor.
