Regarding my weight 185 cm guy 6.2 feet

Hlo sir or mam pls guide me 6.2 feet 185 cm guy previously  92 kg weight last month after running 10 km a day and running 2 time gym 2 time everyday completed 1200 calorie burn 20000 steps including running and brisk walking now im 77 kg is my weight ok should I stop running now or continue it breakfast I take half small bowl  oats with toned milk honey with fruits . After I take green tea at lunch I take half small bowl of fruits 1 small apple. 1 small orange. 1 small mosambi half pomegranate half beetroot and 2 slice of avacado fruits in it little portion only with 1 glass of  beetroot apple juice only is it my  lunch  healthy evening go for running to and gym to then come take green tea and after 40 min I take mine dinner 2 multi grain atta roti. only eating last 15 days  spinach and  .brocoli. it only boiling no oil and all with 1 egg omlette with india gate basmati weight watchers brown rice only litle portion with 1 half katori bowl salad beetroot . cucumber.tomato radish is ok

Diabeties can it b reversed

Hiii my mom is 60 years ..she has rhemethoid arthritis frm 3 years...she was recently got diabetes too which is level first...i dnt want to make her dependent on medicines bcz she is already taking some fr other issues...these will impact her badly... Can u plz give me a brief description wht diet show i make her follow wht shld she eat so tht her diabetes vll remain under control?...secondly  if she follows the diet strictly will this diabetes get reversed or nt..plz help am stressed alot as my father was already having thn he got other kidney issues too n passed away last year...plz help

Fatty liver related

Hello Doctors, I had gallbladder surgery 6 months ago. (Laparoscopic surgery) there was a stone in my gallbladder but now I am in some pain . After that I got an ultrasound and LFT test done. It was found that my liver is swollen and my liver is fatty. Plz suggest me What should I not eat and can I have milk? Concern About Weight Loss After Complex

Query: I underwent complex surgery for piles, fistula, fissure, and hemorrhoids on 27th November. The wounded area is almost healed, and while there is some manageable pain after passing stool, my main concern is now weight loss. Previously, I weighed 55 kg, but now I’m down to 52 kg. I am 25 years old, 5 ft 6 in tall, and have an ectomorphic body type. Before the surgery, I used to work out 5 days a week with a focus on hypertrophy training, but I don’t have permission to resume workouts yet. I’m trying to gain weight(I am facing lots of challenges to gain weight earlier days also due to being ectomorphic), but my doctor has advised me to avoid high-protein diets to prevent constipation. Could you suggest any weight gain strategies or foods that won’t trigger constipation? How can I maintain or gain healthy weight during this recovery period?

Having oats with little honey in toned milk  in the morning for maintaining a healthy body adding apples. . pomegranate and papaya .carrot on it but in a little small portion eating having green tea. After some time Lunch having 1 small portion apple 🍎.1 small portion orange .half little portion avacado fruits and mosambi and 1 glass beetroot carrot juice only no rice and roti and oats  or alternative pomegranate juice or orange mosambi juice evening Zym 1 hours and after gyming green tea and around 7.30 pm dinners 2 multi grain atta roti half portion little  India gate basmati brown rice weight watchers and salads beetroot cucumber.tomatto .white radish with pink salt and 1 egg omlette And then go for  brisk walking 1 hours Previously 92 kg now 78 kg
