Fatty liver related
Hello Doctors, I had gallbladder surgery 6 months ago. (Laparoscopic surgery) there was a stone in my gallbladder but now I am in some pain . After that I got an ultrasound and LFT test done. It was found that my liver is swollen and my liver is fatty. Plz suggest me What should I not eat and can I have milk? Please tell me about a proper diet so that my liver recovers quickly and I also have constipation. Thank you  so much for your kind
