For managing fatty liver, elevated liver enzymes, high bilirubin, and constipation, focus on a high-fiber, low-fat Indian diet with plenty of vegetables (like lauki, spinach, carrots), whole grains (brown rice, oats, whole wheat roti), and fruits such as papaya and apple.  - Include lean proteins like dals, moong sprouts, tofu, and low-fat paneer while minimizing fried foods, sweets, and processed snacks.  - Use minimal oil—preferably olive or mustard—and avoid ghee and butter.  - Stay well-hydrated with water, coconut water, and buttermilk, and add probiotic-rich foods like curd to support digestion.  - Gentle daily exercise, such as brisk walking or yoga, will further help with liver health and regular bowel movements.  Do consult your doctor for a thorough review and medical advice.
