How to lose weight?

Hi, i am 20. I gained a lot of weight. I don't each much. I eat as much quantity as that of a 12-15 year child. But still I can't lose weight. I have a lack of time for exercise. I take my foods at 11am, 3pm, 7pm. I also tried of taking apple cider vinegar as someone suggested it helps reducing fat. Please suggest me something to eat or drink to lose weight, atleast 20kgs.

Daily dinner chart

I take breakfast (5 idlies/2 dosa/2chapathi/light quantity of upma) by 8.30 am in lunch I take small quantity of rice (approx 100 grms with dhall and boiled egg and curd rice by 1.30 pm in dinner I take only some different fruits by 7.30 pm now I have not any health issues like diabetes hypertension thoiroid or cholesterol I have not any dullness is it correct diet for me?

Diet for me 31 yrs

Hello Age 31 running Weight 63 Unmarried Work proffesion sales in office custumer service agent in showroom only Work time 11am to 8pm About food diet 1. I take 2 chapatis with any veg curry every day 2. Than i take 1 cup tea everyday morning and evening 3. Lunch time 3pm rice with any curry 4. Again tea  Only at 5pm 5. I use little water only don't have habit to drink lot water 6. Again dinner at 9pm regular with non veg or any veg curry I will have non veg 5 times in a week only chicken I intrested. Apart from this I will not take any juices or eggs or salads becoz And since 2 yrs I stopped gym earlier my weight is 57 in 2019 year before carona now weight 63. So pls advice best diet according to me above details am planning to start gym again And may I know in my age 63 weight is ok or not pls tell . Even in 63kgs I look like slim feel just stomach bloating feel sometimes  am unmarried Cant connect online Thankyou
