It can be a helpful one but not directly. Green tea will help to reduce toxins in our body.. by reducing toxin it is indirectly helping to improve our metabolism and blood circulation in this way grean tea providing benefits to varicose veins. But 2 Cup or 2 Cup of green tea for whole day are not sufficient to get result. Important Note: if you have low hemoglobin or anaemia Green tea is not suggestible.

Gud morning can u pls share in detail which medical issues u r having exactly along with this issue,if blood tests done then pls share it,your detail dietary pattern vegetarian or non vegetarian or both,r u doing some form of exercises like yoga or walking or not,age height n present body weight,how much is your water intake per day,your sleeping time usual,if any kind of stress in mind then try to ease out by either doing meditation or yoga for it minimum of 20mins on either early morning or evening time etc u can have green tea it has lots of health benefits like it helps in enhancing body metabolism,it helps in maintaining blood sugar level,pain relief ,maintains blood cholesterol level etc.one to two cups in a day with some nuts or roasted seeds like Chia seeds,pumpkin seeds or multigrain biscuits or semolina rusks or wheat rusks less sugar containing.
