Hlo, doctor, sir or mam plz guide me. I'm 6 feet 1 inch tall, 183 cm. Tall.guy priveously I'm 110 kg weight by doing running 8 km in morning every day without any 1 single break is it ok and running 11 km everyday is it good for heart ❤️ health
Doing dieting and zyming 2 times I lost my weight Now I'm 76 kg according to u what will be it my actual weight
And it is ok to run 8 km every morning and 3 km in the evening
Completing every day 20000 tk steps
Is it ok to run 11 km everyday

Hlo, sir, previously im 110 kg weight im overweight by running 11 km every day 8 km in now im 76 kg . Morning 50 min continuously without any break and than going zym and workout 1 hours in zym breakfast I take litle bowl fruits with all varieties like. Apple. Pomegranate. Carrot. Beetroot. Papaya. And peaes then talk half small bowl oats with toned milk with adding honey and almonds. Kismis with all mixed vegetables last 4 months not eating any sweets sugars form only honey no.Tea after breakfast take green lunch. I take
2 multigrain atta roti with boiled vegetables with half plate salad .tomato. onion .Cucumber.redish and evening go for running 3 km than. Go again, zyming 1 hours then back home tK greentea and dnr take 2 multigrain atta roti with boiled vegetables and salad 1 plate and 1 boiled eggs white parts can we have salad 2 times in a days is ok it will not gained weight na what weight will be good for 6 feet 2 inch tall guys plz tell is ok to run 11 km everyday 20000 steps

I work at night shift from 6:30PM to 4:00 AM.
Due to improper lunch and dinner timing I'm facing a digestion problem and more chest pain.
Sometimes pain continues for 2-3 weeks.

Is it ok to run 12 km every day
Now I'm 76 kg according to u what will be it my actual weight acoding to my height
And can running everyday is ok or should I less km in my running

Diet for hyperthyroidism
Hi doctor,
I've been diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and my weight has been decreasing rapidly. I lost around 5 kgs in the last 3 months while there is always an appetite to eat something.
I'm also anxious most of the time and have diarrhoea.

Stomach fat
Hy,
I don't know what's happening to me. I wake around 1 pm, then I eat around 2 pm, or sometimes I don't eat, I miss my lunch. I directly eat in the evening or night. I drink coffee around 11 30 pm, or sometimes 12 am. And that's it, but even after eating just this less. My stomach is growing out. It's getting fat, it's round like a ball. I doubt if it's bloating or it's the initial phase of me having a fatty stomach. Please tell me what should I do, what am I eating wrong which is letting me gain weight even after eating this less.
