My baby was born on January 1st after discovering that he is IUGR stage 3 asymmetrical. Only the abdominal circumference was two weeks behind. His birth weight was 2.1 Now he is nearing 3 months old. And he is around 4.7kg. My question is, is it concerning to be born as a lUGR baby? If yes, how should I take care of him? What needs to be done? And what exactly happens post birth of IUGR babies? How long do I need to monitor him?

Doctor prescribed me to give my child vitamin d 6 drops till 6 months. 6 month completed,  should we continue give him vitamin d and for how long ?  Please suggest

Doctors said me to give 2.5ml for 2 times in a day But I give 5ml at a time for 3 years old baby boy Is it okay to give 5ml at a time his weight is 12 kg!?

My son is 7.5 months old.He has developed small red bumps on his neck and upper chest area (please see the attached photos). The rash looks like tiny red spots, and it started appearing recently. He doesn’t have a fever or major discomfort, but I'm a bit concerned. We try to keep him cool and dry, and he’s otherwise feeding and sleeping normally. Could you please advise if this looks like a heat rash or something else? Also, do we need to apply any cream or medicine, or take any precautions?

Hello Doc I gave my daughter 16 month vaccine on Tuesday and applied ice but still she has lump on her leg. Please suggest me what to do now it's been 3 days now.

My baby is almost 9 months old. I started solids 2 months ago. He ate well for about a week, but since then, feeding has become very difficult. For the past 2 weeks, it has gotten worse, he refuses all solids and water, cries when I try, and only wants breastmilk. His birth weight was 2.9 kg and now he is 7.6 kg. I’m feeling quite stressed and exhausted as this is affecting my sleep and eating as well. Please advise.

It's been 5 days my questions not answered. My baby swallowed woollen thread 4 months ago. Sometimes it comes out in poty. How long will it take to come out fully.
