Child Health Issues

Hi, My 3 year old son has food preference and doesn't eat vegetables or fruits. He eats nuts, apples, rice at times ,non-veg( chicken,mutton fish), and drinks milk. I have tried to feed him vegetables and fruits but shows tantrums and he stopped eating eggs and bananas as well. But he is active and plays around. As he needs to go to school this year and need to change his food preference. please guide me .

Baby birth weight was 1.94 kg and now at 11 months his weight is 7.4kg. Giving 3 proper meals breakfast lunch dinner and in between fruit as a snack. Baby on formula feed and he takes 4-5 serve of milk in a day. Is the weight gain fine or lesser side?

Hello Doctor, My Son is 23 months old and his weight is 9.5kg and his height is 82cm. He don't eat properly only 2-3 bites from every meal. Also he don't speak much only one word like papa mama cow he speak around 11-12 words What should I do please suggest the best I am going through a very bad phase. My 2 year old baby accidentally accessed a RAZ D dispersible tablet. She may have licked or mouthed a part of it. About 10 minutes later, she passed motion, and the sticky red portion of the tablet came out undigested along with some of the tablet particles just like how it used to be inside the tablet. She is active and behaving normally so far. Should I be concerned? Is any action needed at this point?
