Vitamin d supplements
Doctor prescribed me to give my child vitamin d 6 drops till 6 months. 6 month completed,  should we continue give him vitamin d and for how long ?  Please suggest

Vitamin D should be continued daily till 1 year of age. it is recommended to give 400 units a day. Check the contents and give the dose

Vitamin D is given from birth till one year of age in all babies ( as prophylaxis) In case of proven vitamin D deficiency, treatment is given for three months along with calcium
