Doctors, i hope i am not wasting your time, but i really need some guidance here. It's affecting my life so badly. I dont go out of home, i think of it all the time. Scared with minor issues with body :(

Hi sir/ma'am, I am Jude, actually I have had ulcers on my tongue which haven't gone for 1 month, they are painless but bleed when I try to clean my tongue, only left side of my tongue used to hurt before, this lump on my neck is painful if I touch it . Please let me know what's wrong, is it cancer or not ? 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

Doctor pls review this usg report .can this cause cancer? Only symptom is itching all over body and swelling around eyes.im very worried

On 2nd May 2024 sharp edge of papad hit my gums and it started bleeding after that mouth ulcer developed .In 10 days it got small but from last Thursday the size of ulcer is same . So went to doctor today he made this prescription . So kindly advice on medicine which he has given specially anazing DT and . Also I went to few doctors earlier they did not suggested biopsy please advice

Plate lat count in second report is 2.77...what are the reason for high immature granulocyte percentage

In my reports all wbc rbc and platelets are in normal range...but there is high immature granulocyte percentage...mine is 0.9 % ...and i am stressed about it

Diagnosed iron deficiency anemia and on IV dextran with improvement but CBC shows mildly high platelets 5lakh also I will attach a report as well and Mean platelet count is within normal limits should I be worried or is it reactionary thrombocytosis ?

I did CBC in everymonth .... everything is normal .then I suffered fatty liver n I changed my diet.after few days my platelet count is constantly low in CBC analyser.i have no symptoms...then my pathologist performed a manual count and pb  smear test .in that test manual count is 2.8 and normal smear test also .bt in machine reading my platelet count showing always low .my pathologist say mine platelet size increases that's why machine not detecting.my question is what suddenly my platelet size is increased.

So my mom age 59 had some changes in breast like a dent on the left side and a lump she also had her uterus removed two years ago because of some cells present,now  we were suggested a mammography, can you please suggest what to do next and what the report says. Attaching it below. And what would be the best course of action further.

Hey Doctors I have swollen Lymph Node  exactly at back of neck below right ear..I have been going through sudden ON and OFF fever, weakness fatigue and headache since 17th April 2024..I am running on antibiotics as prescribed by doctor and now the above symptoms are gone..but still have swollen like massage below right ear..I got FNAC report done and attached the report for your reference..Kindly give me medical advice is everything fine as per report or not??
