My chest ribs started paining when I breath in and I cough at times with spitting out some sort of sticky substance with blood in it some times Just gone through some articles and I am having a doubt that I am at STAGE 1 LUNG CANCER Any one can help me ...

So i am someone who gets panicked due to the fear of what bad news the imaging or any medical tests will bring. Not afraid of the tests though. I have been having this pain near my tailbone which is lingering since a year now. I have had an xray which said nothing abnormal, yet i am afraid of MRI. Cause I read about Sacral Chordoma and its prognosis. I know an MRI can easily answer all my queries and rule that out and easy my mind but the fear that it will find chordoma has consumed me already. I want to ask few questions: 1. If it was to be sacral chordoma, I should have gotten more and more symptoms apart from pain right? 2. If the xray doesn't show lytic lesions and me being 27, reduces the chances of having Chordoma significantly? Please guide me and enlighten me about this as this is consuming me and i want to be normal again :(. I so badly want it to be pilonidal sinus but i dont have any swellings. I am so overthinking. Please guide me!

Iam female 25. I have a swollen lymph node right under my jaw(not so big, when we touch we can feel a wide bump). Sometimes it shrinks a little bit and then swell. Sometimes it is a little bit tender. I have a history of allergies. I dont have any other symptoms. I first noticed the swollen node 2 months back after a fever and it is still there. After taking an antibiotic it didnt shrink(only took the first dose).A blood test was done. Esr-35 Platelets-140000 Wbc-7600  Lymphocytes-28% Hb-12.3 Is it serious

I have a swelling in between my breasts, a bit towards the right breast. It's hard but the swelling is not that prominent but can be felt.. Also have one small little swelling at the back of my neck below the hair line...might be there for about 3 weeks or more. Also my breast pain at times. Plesse tell me what can it be? And what tests should I get done which wouldn't harm my breast. Thank you.

Hello doctors, I am 27 years old. I am 5".4' and I weigh 73 kg. I don't understand how much my weight should be according to my age, gender and height. What kind of nutrition I should take and additionally how much exercise I should be doing! I am extremely afraid that once I start exercising and I lose weight, that might  mean I have cancer. I am diagnosed with Lichen Planus in my legs (pics attached are Lichen Planus spots). I don't know if this is in my head or is this something that should not be the way to think or live! I keep on googling about Cancer, various forms of it and think to get myself tested about the same. I am extremely confused about the whole thing. I need help, can someone please make me understand how weight loss is related to cancer and how much weight loss is actually unhealthy?! Additionally, should I start doing some exercises or what exactly should I do now?! P.S - Whoever responds, thank you so much for understanding my position.

Hi, i recently felt pain in breast, went for ultrasound,it says small vascular fibredenoma, measure 2.5*1.5*1.7, the lesion is wider than tall and has smooth margins with subtle macrolobulation, A quick doppler shows internal vascularity within the lesion, there is no problem tenderness ,the lesion is mobile easily slipping under proble, No focal lesion appreciated in the left breast No dilated ducts are seen No architectural disturbance is noted Both axillae appear unremarkable Small vascular fibredenoma in right breast Is it anything to worry,or can I leave it as it is?

Hi, Is verzinio, capecitabine targeted therapies available in india? If so how much costly it is? Is this an imported one like ribociclib or indian version is there? And for metastatic hormone positive and her2 negative with liver mild metabolic activity, in case if targeted therapy fails what will be next option any immunotherapy is available? And how much cost is immunotherapy please

Hi, On targeted therapy, only palbociclib is available in india with low cost or verzenio also available please? I know ribociclib is only available as imported and its too costly as well. So doctors prescribed palbociclib indian version. But is it effective in liver mets which showed mild metabolic activity in pet ct. I have read many liver mets were taking verzenio or capecitabine. Please suggest
