What tests should i get done to know if i have cancer or not I'm 14 years o I'm smoking from 2023 oct

See the report attached. I have severe pain under my right breast for last 3 years. This pain started around lactation phase. Till then I never knew that I have accessory muscle (sternalis). I am still having burning pain .It is very difficult to live with this pain for 24/7. I had multiple USGs which did not detect anything then finally HRCT was suggested and that found sternalis. Can I think of getting this removed ? Or the cause of pain is something else ?

Based on the reports attached doctor has prescribed Dastinib 100mg daily for cml diagnosed. I want to know is there any serious side effects or any precautions which needs to take ? And what is the effectiveness of this drug? How long it take for the tablet to work ? Can it cure cml?

Attached is the report of my father diagnosed with cml. He is currently on hydroxyurea as one of the report is yet to come. I want to know what is the life expectancy and survival rate ?

Hi I'm Jude 18 years old , I have been smoking since June 2023 to may . However I only smoked 4 cigarettes daily and took a 2 month gap from smoking so I only smoked for 10 months. However I've noticed a reddish lesion on the upper layer of my lower lip which is a burning sensation from last week and it's slightly painful from the day before yesterday. Hi , Before two months my 4 year child lymphocytes was at 83 ,before a month was at 57.But as per today report lymphocytes is still at 57 ,not reducing from this level. Before two months he was found EBV virus positive.On Right side he have small lymph node which is reduced in size but not going to it's normal shape. Please suggest.
