High lymphocytes
Hi ,
Before two months my 4 year child lymphocytes was at 83 ,before a month was at 57.But as per today report lymphocytes is still at 57 ,not reducing from this level.
Before two months he was found EBV virus positive.On Right side he have small lymph node which is reduced in size but not going to it's normal shape.
Please suggest.

If it’s EBV positive then nothing to worry.. it will come down slowly
The number of lymphocytes here doesn’t matter much as much shape and character matters. So you need to do proper peripheral smear to rule out any risk of leukemia . Do it from good lab where Hematologist work

Hi any viral infection or viral tonsillitis also you can have lymph nodes little bit enlarged and slight increase in lymphocytes. Wait for few days and visit pediatrician if doesn't subside
