Floaty and Spinny in anxiety treatment
Its been almost 12 weeks on anxiety treatment and I am on propranolol 20mg and Escitalopram 10mg for anxiety treatment. Maximum of my symptoms are gone and I have also started feeling the same energy as earlier.
Though my vitals remains constant i.e. BP

I feel like when I go to the bathroom or I am on bed I feel like I will fall down, though nothing happens but only feeling of this imbalance. I don't know why is it happening and what to do. About 10 days ago my mother's bo strikes suddenly to 210/120. We immediately took her to the hospital. They gave her an injection and a tablet. Then she was okay. After 2 days again her bp was 200/100. Again we took her to the hospital and gave the injection. But after that she became so weak. She can't walk herself. She was suffering from talking. We admitted her to the hospital. They treated her and told that her sodium level is 113. They medicated her. She was recovering. While discharge from the hospital her sodium was 132. Now she is at home for 5 days. She took sodium tablets. Bp tablet gastric tablet etc. but today her bp is 165/95. Qnd she is feeling weak. What to ao and why$

My sister is suffering from Haemorrhage
My sister medical report generated by AI- The PDF you shared is a medical diagnostic report for a 32-year-old woman. Below is a simple breakdown of the findings and what actions are typically needed. Summary in Simple Terms1. Brain Scan (CT Head) – Key FindingThe CT scan shows multiple small areas of bleeding (haemorrhage) inside the brain, mainly on the left frontal and parietal areas, and some bleeding spread into the spaces between the brain’s outer layers (subarachnoid haemorrhage, or SAH). The ventricles (fluid chambers) and brain structures look normal. No fracture or major swelling (midline shift) is seen — which is a good sign. What it means:
This is a multi-focal brain haemorrhage, which is a serious condition often due to trauma, high blood pressure, or ruptured blood vessels. It requires immediate neurological care. Kindly suggest what needs to be done.

Mid Cerebellum &cerebral atrophic change
My father is 77 years old with no history of blood sugar and bp. He has always been fit and walks almost 5-10 km daily. For the past two months he has been feeling weak, tired, pain below both the knees and even left shoulder. For the past three days he has been feeling really dizzy and even finding it difficult to walk, specially in the morning. We just got a brain ct scan done and it says - the basal cisterns, fissures and suici are prominent. Ct findings reveal mild cerebellum and cerebral atrophic changes. Advise mri brain and clinical correlation, what does this mean ? I consulted a general physician- after checking him physically he said it's mostly old age and exertion due to doing a lot of physical activity and he should rest - and consult again if needed. What should I do? His blood sugar, kft , crp , cpc, liver tests are normal. He still feels dizzy at times

Autonomic deep dysregulation dorsalvagal
Functional neuro-autonomic and postural dysregulation syndrome involving vagus nerve inhibition, fascial compression. The body operates in a freeze–survival mode: low metabolism, poor digestion, shallow breathing, and emotional hyper-reactivity. Conventional vagus stimulation (cold, humming, strong breathing) backfires, confirming higher-level dysautonomia. Organ structure intact — dysfunction is signal-level, not tissue damage. System-Wise Effects
Digestive: Reflux without burn, poor enzyme and bile release, mild hernia but no obstruction. PPIs/prokinetics ineffective.
Respiratory: Shallow chest breathing, diaphragm rigidity; relief in supported cow or fetal posture.
Neurological: Autonomic surges within seconds; palpitations, brain fog, sensory overload.
Musculoskeletal: Tight rib-pelvic chain, fascia locked; posture collapse.
Psychological: OCD-like impulses, sympathetic drive, emotional addiction loops.
Endocrine: Functional suppression.
