Hello I have overthinking Stress and anxiety from 2022 so I consulted a doctor dr. Robin goyal neuropschytrist Ans he prescribed me some medicines. Zosert 50 Itry plus Tab Dictorate Cap Indira AB I have taken all these medicines for six months and started feeling better so I Started taking them ocassion also like 2 or 3 days in week or when I feel not good I take. Zosert 50 and when I cannot sleep then take Itryp plus . and started feeling better bug after few days same things started again. Everything think messed up what will I do now should I start proper dosage please consult.

Morning headache on top (crown area) — what could be the reason? Hello Doctor, Every morning I wake up with a headache in the crown/top center area of my head. The pain slowly reduces after I get up and start moving. This happens almost every day. What can be the possible reasons for this type of headache? Before I meet a Neurologist, should I get any basic routine tests done that might help and save time?if yes Please suggest Thank you.

Beta cap plus 5 or beta cap tr 40. Both are the same? Or beta cap plus 5 is lighter. If i started beta cap plus 5 should i start beta cap tr 40 or not

Got treated with Spine TB, long segment myelitis 2 yrs back. Iam having Lower back pain and burning sensation, going down to left butt and left thigh. Not able to stand for long time and difficult in day to day activities. Right side is not paining. Help

Hello , I need clarity about safety and necessity of my current medicines. I have been having neck pain, nerve pain, fatigue, dizziness, and breathing tightness for 3-4 months - diagnosed as cervical muscle spasm + nerve irritation (C5–C6). ECG ×3 and 2D Echo ×1 were normal. Chest X-ray normal. Lymph nodes normal. All tests done.  LDL high (200+) For the last 10 days I was on: • Ritobix-S • Osteolok-K27 • MGrow-OD *This gave good improvement in nerve pain.* Now my doctor has changed medicines to: • Taprest ER 50 mg • Tolperilok 150 • Pansil DSR • Caltrum K-27 • Minerios-LC Is this new combination medically safe, especially using Taprest ER + Tolperilok together?

Hi sir My BP is always 130/90 and i have dizziness I have checked yesterday it is showing 135/95 and later i check it is 130/90 is danger ? should i start medicines?

My grand father MRI report is shared. He is hospitalized right now, his right side face looks drooping, what might have happened. Since yesterday, he is able to eat food today.

Recently, I’ve noticed that my right hand becomes numb for about 30 seconds every morning, along with a slight pinching sensation and mild pain. This has been happening for the last 1 month, and it usually occurs only in the mornings. The numbness and pinching are specifically in my index and middle fingers. I consulted multiple doctors and even got MRI scans of my shoulder, spine, and brain, but all the reports came back normal. The doctors said there’s nothing concerning in the reports, but I still don’t know what’s causing this, and it’s stressing me out day by day. I’ve also observed something new recently: If I bend my head forward, the pinching sensation increases, and when I tilt my head backward, the sensation goes away. I can literally feel the sensation appear and disappear when I move my head up and down, but moving my head left or right doesn’t affect it. I’m not sure what to do next. Attaching my MRI report

I have severe headaches from the past week, as I've migraine but till yet I haven't faced this type of pain. What can I do for relief.

I am feeling numbness ( Jhanjhanahat) in my hands and feets . Sometimes in full body and it's been 3 days suffering with this it's not getting low or stop . It only stops when I sleep . What is this problem ? Before I felt this problem for 5 to 10 minutes from 2-3 months . Now it's been 3 days it's not stopping .
