Hi, sometimes during sleep i feel that i am going to die and my heart will stop because i am not able to move my body during sleep but i am aware about everything during sleep and try to move my body and head forcefully so that i can survive myself but nothing worked..and this is happens for 2 to 5 minutes.what type of disease is this? is there any issue?

Hi, My mother is 54 and has been a Multiple Sclerosis patient since 2002. She had a stroke on Sep 16 and she was not able to speak properly and speech became slurry. She was diagnosed with Acute Infarct - Stroke (cholesterole deposits went to her brain as per the doctor's). She also got diagnosed with Pre Diabetics, and High Blood pressure. She got discharged on Sep 26 and it looked like she was on her road to recovery however on Oct 25 again her speech got slurry despite the proper medication and home speech therapy. In fact, this time her BP and sugar levels are normal too and monitored rigorously. Now she is not able to respond and almost 90% of the day she is quiet and 10% she speaks. She also has hard time reading a few words which she could do easily. How can I get her back to normal speech?

I HAD COVID IN 2022 MARCH JUST AFTER A WEEK OF HAVING COVID , IN A INSTANT IN EVENING WHILE SITTING ON MY DESK I FELT AS IF I AM NOT ABLE TO BREATHE PROPERLY, AND FEELING BREATHLESS AS IF I HAVE RAN TOO MUCH AND FELT AS IF I AM BREATHING RAPIDLY AND TAKING VERY SHALLOW BREATHS AND IT HAS BEEN LIKE THAT EVER SINCE, I HAVE HAD X-RAYS DONE OF MY CHEST AND VISITED MANY CHEST DOCTORS BUT THEY SAY MY LUNGS ARE FINE, AND RECENTLY I VISITED A BRAIN DOCTOR AND SAYS THAT IT COULD BE DUE TO INFLAMMATION IN MY BRAIN, AS I ALSO HAVE SYMPTOMS SUCH AS CONSTANT CONFUSION, FATIGUE AND FEELS LIKE I HAVE FEVER EVEN THOUGH I DON'T, HEAVY HEAD CONSTANTLY AND PAIN WHICH COMES AND GOES  ALSO MY IMMUNITY HAS GONE DOWN AND I VERY EASILY CATCH INFECTIONS AND PARTICULARLY I AM DEPRESSED BY MY BREATHING PROBLEM. WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME PLZ TEL ME CAN IT BE DUE TO MY BRAIN?

It's been 2 years since i have this fear but i am aware that such things doesn't exist but because i have seen movies so it is sticked in my brain and in night time, my mind starts wandering and think something like "what if a ghost just appeared" or even when i am looking at mirror or when i am studying at night or just going to sleep, the thoughts keep bombarding on me and sometimes my sleep is gone. I have stopped watching movies and all and also am aware but still i don't know how i can stop this.

6 months back I got back pain at the side parts of the middle back. The pain is not too much but like dumb pain. One month I took physiotherapy IFT and cupping and exercises. But it didn't reduce Then I got b12 tested and it's less than 148pg/ml. I started Carbamide forte 1500mcg tablets alternate days but pain didn't go. Can I take injection of b12 and if yes which injection and at what duration.

Hello Doctor, Yesterday my mother while being bathed suddenly felt numbness in the right side of the face and body and since then is unable to speak (only sound). We took her to the hospital within 1 hour and after being treated in the Emergency she was shifted to  ICU. The emergency doctor observed it was TIA  probably. Today as I visited her, I found 2 things: 1. She could recognise me, which she wasn't in the previous day. 2. She could speak with very slight improvement and was able to open her mouth normally. Now the RMO( not the principal neurologist under whom my mother has been admitted) gave the opinion that it is a major stroke, for which my mother will not be able to walk or speak anymore. Meanwhile, they have conducted (CT SCAN+ MRI ANGIOGRAPHY+ a 24-hour Holter observation for ECG). It is pertinent to add that that there's nothing abnormal in the CT SCAN and Holter observation. Major strokes (bleeding) are normally detected in CT SCAN, then how can this be called 'major'?

Hi sir i have diagnosed as bipolar mood swing mostly with depression along with migraine but migraine relief now from taking tab magrium still i have severe sleep disturbances doctor prescribed me now oxetol xr 600 auvelia risdone ls zolfresh 10 mg + Cetirizine for itching then also I am not able to sleep perior prescription was olimelt but stop due to severe depression qutan also does not work and then i stop auvelia after that nothing difference please help me sir I am very tired in night i could not sleep thank you sir

In past I have headache for 2 months but after that my headache was gone I am felling fine for nearly 6 months.But last few days similar headache come back.pls hlp what can I do I not done any ct scan or mri
