Bone & Muscle problems
Acl sprain and meniscus injury
I have attached MRI report dated 15 Dec- It's been 25 days, the pain I feel on my knee is not going away. It's been 10 days with physiotherapy, my limping has not stopped. Knee pain happens a lot while I do simple activity like walking from one room to the other.Right now I am suffering from knee effusion and after basic activity, my knee swelling and severe pain is noticed. As I am a teacher by profession, my job demands me stand and use stairs .When will I completely heal from this problem?

Nerve pain in left leg due to disc bulge
I had shooting back pain on 5th Jan after lifting my 6 months old. I fainted immediately due to the pain. I was diagnosed with L3-L4 and L5-S1 disc bulge on the left side through MRI scan. I was advised to perform physio exercises with anti inflammatory and pain killer medicines for 10 days.
Initially I was unable even to wake up from bed and sit in a chair and stand. The back pain was very severe. But after performing the exercises the back pain has subsided. Now I am able to sit, stand and walk freely.
Still I have pain in left leg. It feels like a nerve pull. When I sit in chair for about 20-30 mins i feel never in left leg is pulling and paining .
Is it serious to worry? Will it not subside on its own? Any further medicine or injection required? I am worried as it's already a month and still there is pain. I am not able to hold my baby due to this.
Please help me find a way out.

Pain below the ankle
I've been having acute pain below my ankle bone and above the arch of my foot. It is most acute when I wake up in the morning and gets better within 3 hrs of waking & is almost gone during the day.
Walking in the morning is painful. On pressing the area below the ankle I can feel pain, but there is no inflammation or swelling. There is no pain in the heel or arch.
I haven't had any ankle twist or sprain in the recent past. What could this pain be?

Back pain with a blueish mark
( My father's age is 79)
As discussed, I am sharing the picture of my father’s pain-affected area on the right side of his lower back. I have marked the area in the image. You may notice a bluish mark, which is where the pain is ( see picture attached)
A few days ago, he had a minor fall at home. Since then, he has been experiencing pain.
The pain is only in the marked area and is not radiating to the leg or the spine.
The pain increases with movement, and even at rest the pain is present and very painful. It is limited to the marked area and is not felt in the leg or the spine.
