I have attached MRI report dated 15 Dec- It's been 25 days, the pain I feel on my knee is not going away. It's been 10 days with physiotherapy, my limping has not stopped. Knee pain happens a lot while I do simple activity like walking from one room to the other.Right now I am suffering from knee effusion and after basic activity, my knee swelling and severe pain is noticed. As I am a teacher by profession, my job demands me stand and use stairs .When will I completely heal from this problem?

With a Grade-I ACL sprain and Grade-II meniscus signal, pain and effusion can persist if the knee is stressed repeatedly (standing, stairs, walking), so you should avoid stairs, prolonged standing, squatting, and cross-leg sitting, use a knee brace, and apply ice 3â4 times daily. Short-term anti-inflammatory medicines (as prescribed by your doctor), limb elevation, and weight control help reduce swelling. Healing usually takes 6â10 weeks, but if swelling, locking, or instability continues despite rest, a re-evaluation is needed to rule out the need for further intervention.
