Bone & Muscle problems

I have shoulder pain and when the doctor advised for MRI of cervical spine and shoulder , it showed loss of cervical lordosis and it said early disc dessication changes seen. As of now there is not any discomfort in the neck. But I would like to know if anything should be done for these and if they are of concern ?

It's been a month since my partial ankle ligament tear. The swelling has reduced but it's not fully gone. The medicines given by the dr. are over. I apply a spray and wear an anklet. However the swelling is still there and not reducing. Please advice.

Hi , I got my bankart lesion surgery for my right hand shoulder done 14 days back and also removed stiches (sutures ) today . Main doctor who has done the surgery told can remove the sling bag from today . Before surgery actually he told that it should be for 4 weeks but now he is telling 2 weeks enough .. and same hospital surgeon ( small doctor ) told mandatory to keep belt for still more days .. Should I keep sling bag or not now ..? I.e 14 days till now from surgery. Earlier MRI scan report before surgery *IMPRESSION:* C/o recurrent shoulder dislocation, present scan shows - Cortical irregularity with minimal bone marrow edema in posterolateral head of humerus—Hill sachs lesion - Tear in anteroinferior glenoid labrum—Bankarts lesion - Thin fluid along the biceps tendon and in sub scapularis recess.

Hi dr ,, I am attaching the knee xray of my father , he is having severe knee pain on both the legs. Please the further treatment required.

I have pain on both legs on back of my heel(PFA) . I play tennis daily for an hour and do stretching for 15 mins but still stiffness and pain persists,I m unable walk properly after I sit for a while in office which is affecting my whole day.somwtimes I wonder whether it is rhumetoid arthritis. I m so confused It's been more than a year and I have been living like this.

I injured my knee a month ago but nothing happened then but now I feel pain in my knee when I sit down. What should I do to get better from this? What medicine will help me?

Doctor it's related to knee pain Does it gets solve with medicine or need to go for surgery. he is a diabetic does he have any problems after surgery
