Sir,A 40 year old man has swelling and pain in his right foot, no fever, it happens occasionally, it gets better after taking medicine, it happens again. An x ray was done. The report is given below. How is it currently? Advice is requested.

This xray look normal to me but it's incomplete. Do weight bearing x-rays. Few blood investigation needed like Sr uric acid, KFT, Sr vit B12, RA factor. IMP NOTE:- -Limb elevation on 2 pillow while sleeping

Based on history it may be gout /inflammmatory arthritis/Osteoarthritis X-ray doesn’t show any fracture
