Having back pain when standing up. while sitting it is not there. pain is like shap like needles and only on one area.

Pain and swelling in left hand and wrist. X-ray and Ultrasound report is found ok. Please suggest the root cause of the problem and remedy. Patient is taking medicines for high blood pressure and thyroid.

I have undergone a surgery on my distal femur fracture it has been 25 days since operation I have attached my latest x ray . I have seen expert doctor other than the one who operated on me and he has suggested on resurgery with double plating to provide more stability my concern is should I go through it or wait for the bone recovery . Frequent back pain and tiredness on walking after 5 mins so got MRI LS done pression: Cervical, dorsal and lumbar spondylosis. Retrolisthesis of L5 vertebra. Diffuse bulge of L4­5 disc with right paracentral protrusion compressing thecal sac, compromising neural foramina and impinging on bilateral traversing L5 & right exiting L4 nerve root. Diffuse bulge of L3­4 disc indenting thecal sac and compromising bilateral neural foramina. Is it severe..dr advised belt and painkillers..is it safe to travel?

I m 3weeks of postpartum phase, but since the end of the delivery I m having swelling beside ankle on left side of the foot... it's kind of soft... and I have pain in left foot when I elevate the leg n sleep.. slight pain while walking as well... When I soak my leg in hot water, the swollen area burns... pls see the attached pic

Hello.. My Age is 35 and recently went through blood test and vitamin D is 4.3.. Is it fyn to take vit D3 tablets 60k... Weekly one tablet for 3 months suggested.. Any other suggestions to improve the levels.. what problems are  related with the deficiency plz explain

Could not able to bend knee It was started Years ago but It was not a much problem slight pain but recently unable to use Knee at all And Puffiness above the knee It has be reduced from Home remedies and doctor Done all types of report x rays but There is nothing Alerting Vitamin D 31ng and calcium is in range What to do (Also tried anti inflammatory tablets it's Effective but not for long term)

What could be the possible course of action for this wrist fracture whose X Ray I have attached for my father aged 62. He has a plaster on and has been advised to rest for 7-8 days .

He has it from last 4 years but in last two weeks it has become painful, no issue in norm activities but he is having pain in thigh for few minutes at randomn times USG Report Summary A well-defined, encapsulated lesion is present in the posteromedial thigh near the knee, affecting the saphenous nerve. It is likely a peripheral nerve sheath tumor, with schwannoma or neurofibroma being possible diagnoses. There is also a PCL sprain with laxity in the knee. No signs of fracture, marrow edema, joint effusion, or Baker’s cyst. AIIMS Raipur doctors suggested -FNAC of swelling -NCS and EMG of right lower limb, Refer to Neurologist Please suggest, should we do FNAC or Biopsy as one Manipal doctor suggested What things I should do here, who is better specialist to treat this?
