Hello Doctors, my mother aged 56, has unbearable swelling & pain in her knees. I am taking her to pilgrimage and she has to walk a lot. Can you prescribe any injection that can help her walk easily & she feels no pain for 15 days journey?

I had an accident 3 months back. I got a grade 3 ACL tear in my right knee. Doctors advised me to go for arthroscopic surgery for this as soon as possible. Prior to that I should do some pre-surgery physiotherapy. Since the past two months I have been regularly doing the physiotherapy and got some improvements in my movements. I am able to walk better with physiotherapy. Although after these major improvements, there is still pain in my right knee which sometimes goes throughout the leg. Whenever I do knee bending exercise I feel some cracking sound with pain in the knee. I still cannot walk for long since the pain starts immediately. What will be the pros and cons for the surgery? Should I still opt for surgery? What will happen if I don't choose surgery? What will happen if I go for surgery? Please give me suggestions for this.

So, I was on this medicine dulane m ( duloxetine + vitamin b12), it helped with my chronic back pain, knee pain , around 55 percent of pain was gone but I still have pain, and taking those tablets isn't helping, I have chronic shoulder pain, and slightly in my upper back and spine. I have chest tightness and backpain from 12-15 days and at morning when I wake up my lower back near hip and goes away in 1 hour. I get my ra factor checked and it's below 10 and my crp is 14.64, esr is 52 and uric acid is 10.69. I am having medications for this but not feeling good. How to solve it?

My ra factor is negative and uric acid is 10.79 and crp is 14.64. I am having feburic 40mg and xykaa mr 8mg and phlogam with tofasure 5mg..I have a question. If I continue with these medicines, my crp level will be normal or not?. And how many days it will take for my normal life. And I have pain in back and shoulder also. In chest area too.

Hey, I take bcousule capsule once every 2-3 days. I am noticing since last few weeks that whenever I take the capsule, I feel leg cramps , joins pain that I snap fingers for next one day. Are they linked?
