2 years ago i have fracture in elbow Now pain in elbow and stiffness Unable to straight hand like before Feeling relax After pulling fingures with some sound attached Todays done xray

How to cure medial meniscus grade 1 injury. Can my knee be completely cured and i can do heavy gymming again.
