Hi, I am currently 9 weeks pregnant and have very bad cough and it wont come down with English medicine. Sitopaladi has worked for me in the past. Can i take it while pregnant? Are there any side effects or harm to the baby? Thank you !

I am 33 years old and have rheumatoid arthritis. But have controlled my RA with weight loss,diet and ayurvedic medicines. I have one problem. I always live in a hurry which causes anxiety sort of thing. Whenever I try to sit calm I feel uneasy. Sleep is not so sound mainly live in dreams. Please something for this.

Can we take giloy after eating eggs/meat? Should we avoid taking multivitamins and giloy together, let's say after the same meal?

Sir i have my medical exam or armed forces in next month...there blood pressure is measured ...and in that pressurized environment due to fear and nervousness my blood pressure rises above 140/90 ...i am unable to control my mind at that time ...what should i do so that my mind remains calm and donot overthink there...i become nervous and agigated at home also whenever i think myself in that medical exam about high BP...
