First thing it is not clear why and in what form you are talking Giloy. Though it is mentioned as immuomodulater in Ayurveda classics , form of medicine has got its own importance. . If it is in decoction form better take it in empty stomach. There no strict restriction regarding intake of Giloy along with meat or egg.Function of Multivitamins and Giloy are totally different. So if needed you can have it together.

Giloy with Eggs/Meat: Giloy can be taken after eggs or meat but is not ideal. Maintain a 1-2 hour gap for better efficacy. Giloy with Multivitamins: No direct harm, but avoid taking them together to prevent absorption interference. Prefer Giloy on an empty stomach and multivitamins after meals.
