1. Do Alternate heat and cold therapy for 20 minutes at a time, 3-4 times a day like applying of ice and fomenting with a cotton cloth
2. Do Locally gentle Massage over your tight muscle with mahanarayana taila few times a day. It helps in blood circulation and helps in relieving the cramps and helps in strengthening of your muscles also
3. Give Rest to your affected muscles and joints until the stiffness decreases.
4. Do gently Stretching throughout the day, especially before and after exercise.
