What ayurvedic herbal medicines or remedies can help me to conquer tuberculosis in first stage ? I'm not able to stop coughing even after getting allopathic treatment and I've loss of appetite along with fatigue and muscular pain. Also I can't get proper sleep. I'm under alot of stress.

My father has been diagnosed with coronary artery disease. With 70% blockages in 2 vessels. Under alloapthic medicines.beta blocker, rosuvastatin, ecosprin,nitrates. High ldl(220), triglycerides (285) Bp normal. He has anginal pain on exertion like walking or climbing stairs. Palpitation and tachycardia (120-130). With allopathic medicines  he is stable. But any ayurvedic  medicine  if be supportive  in this case ? Specially for high cholesterol and tachycardia, palpitation.

I have focal prostatitis( prostate inflammation) and semen discharge takes place everyday at night, whole night continuous erection and non stop discharge takes place. When I go to pass stools then while passing stool also semen discharge takes place. I am suffering from this condition from last 4-5 years anyone please help.

Hello doctors, I am suffering from Acontractile Bladder(Idiopathic) from last 9 months.Video Urodynamics showed my bladder is not opening during voiding. I also have lower back pain and leg pain from 1 year. My symptoms are Difficulty in starting Urination, Straining, Hesitancy, Poor flow, Start and Stop Urination, Frequency(15-40 times per day), Delayed Urination by 30 min(sometimes). I have to apply a lot of pressure to urinate. Currently performing self catheterization daily. My symptoms are worsening day by day.  Cannot depend on CISC 6 times/day for the rest of my life. Average flow - 1.5ml/sec Max flow - 5ml/sec This condition turned my life upside down. Is there any cure for my condition in Homeopathy and Ayurveda? If yes then it would be really helpful. I hve a portal vain Thrombosis since 2021, with daily 3mg dose of warfarin as a anticoagulant, is there any treatment in ayurveda to treat this...as if I don't take anticoagulant dose it start paining.

My daughter 6.5yr has head lice it is not going even after applying shampoo prescribed by doctor for head lice .how long does it take to go completely does it cause any serious effect .she don't have much itching.does head lice helps to built immunity. my daughter was getting repeated cold cough fever like once in 15 days .after head lice find she didnt have any fever its been 5 month can it be coincidence

Hello dr... I'm a breastfeeding mother of a 1yr 3 months old baby... I wanted to ask that can I have kayam churna while I'm breastfeeding (though not that much, I feed only while making baby sleep) ?? If yes , what should be the dosage? Thanks in advance.
