I have high bp issue I take allopathic medicine...can I take Patanjali Chitrakadi Vati for gas problem???

I have very high bp...it's 180 /100...but after taking multiple allopathy medicines..it's 140/ 90...is there any medicines or cure for high bp...plz guide...

I am having right lower abdomen and right abdomen discomfort type of pain from October when pressing right abdomen from side there is tenderness.. and atimes I have gas and burping as well.. CBC ESR crp rft lft is normal

I missed my periods this month. My last irregular period was on november then i got regular cycles. But again this march i did not get my periods. I am taking Rajapravartini Vati and Dashmularishta for last 7 days as prescribed by the doctor, still there is no sign of periods. Doctor told me to take it for 10 days, within 5 to 6 days my periods may come What can be the reason my period is not starting? What to do if i donot get my period after 10 days also? I am worried.
