I've been facing this issue since long time that my digestion isn't as good as before. After taking certain antibiotics and post corona recovery my digestive fire has been decreased as told my one specialist. And im facing other health issues too like kidney infections stone and even gastritis. So how to cure this and get digestive fire back so that I can feel hunger and doesn't feel full?
