Hi i am suffering with obesity want to reduce weight any good solution present even though i am doing exercise , once stopped gained the weight as usual

Plz suggest something to increase my kid's height. She is nearing 8y, 110cm. Doesn't show much interest in eating. She doesn't have any endocrine issues or health problems. Height n weight gain are slow. Increasing 4 to 5cm per year, 1 to 1.5 kg per year. Plz suggest something. Current weight is between 15 and 16 kg. Low birth weight kid.

Dashmularishta is an excellent tonic, i feel energetic, i get my periods on time which was irregular before, I donot face any problem of insomnia, i am not having digestive system problems also. I am taking dashmularishta from last yead november and i want to continue this. My question is Can take this tonic regularly for life? Or are there any side effects if i take it regularly. I really want to continue this tonic it is beneficial, thts why i am asking

I had a fistulectomy surgery in end of November 2023. The  wound has healed except a small part inside the anus which has formed like a fissure. Occasionally, during BM, the stools rub over the wound, and that causes mild painless bleeding, which is not letting the wound heal completely. Does ayurveda or homeopathy have medicines that can heal this wound faster?

I get gases which pass after few hours of morning bowel movements and then later in the evening. The upper stomach does not feel full or uncomfortable. It's just the feel of gases trapped at anus until they pass. Does something like basti treatment help to solve this problem for long term?
