Medhavati for insomnia
Can I take medhavati for stess, anxiety and insomnia? I also take a small dose of alprazolam each night, are they going interfere? Also, can it be taken in low bp? If yes, what should be the dose? Thanks in advance

If u are taking alprazolam , then no use of ayurvedic medicine... Take proper ayurvedic medicine accordingly ur condition,  problems... To achieve best results with ayurvedic medicine without any side effects...

Medhavati is not indicated in Anxiety and Insomnia. It does not have any Ayurvedic Textual reference. So in my opinion nasya therapy, sarpagandha, jatamansi will help in your case.
