Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi, i want to know some home relief methods, especially for night and before doctor visit for pain relief.

I have regular cycle of 28-29 days. Last week I underwent root canal treatment with local anaesthesia and antibiotics and pain killers. Am experiencing spotting from 19th day of my cycle on and off. Is it normal? Is it because of the treatment? Because I have regular periods always. Please suggest.

I just got my filling done on 29 Jan. I don't know the area that I have marked is left intentionally or the filling has got removed can you help pls.. dentist is 20km away I want to know if removed then I will go help pls. And also pls tell that wether the filling is ok or not..

I have painful tongue on my left side since 2 months little bit right side also but not too much .. I have pain and irritation while talking and when my teeth touches to tongue.. Doctor trimmer my teeth 3 4 times but still it is not healing..

My lower last molar gum is swollen and because of that my left side neck is also swollen. What should I do? Please advise me some medication.

My daughter is 5 years old and her tooth lower is shaking. Is it normal. I am bit worried. Is it OK.

Dentist said that i need wisdom teeth extraction which not even came out through gum and didn't have any pain or any problem with it. Is it necessary?

I have tartar and I went to doctors n they just clean it n give mouthwash... that's it...is it sufficient? Is there anything I should avoid to use ? Also I find my teeth gets weakened...is there anything to be done to make it better? Is there any cure of tartar to not happen again or even if no cure then any way to minimise this problem?

My dentist recommended removing all four wisdom teeth due to alignment issues, as my lower wisdom teeth are positioned horizontally. This is necessary before starting my invisible alignment treatment. Additionally, I have mild pain on the right side, and the dentist suspects a cavity that might require an RCT, which will be confirmed after further X-rays. I’m concerned about the safety of removing all wisdom teeth at once and the potential side effects of these treatments. I would appreciate advice from an experienced dentist to understand the risks and whether this is the right course of action.

Hello dr am maried 31 year old,am hvng food lodgment and  little pain in my 3rd molar tooth of  lower jaw since 7-8 days minor ulcers also i hv and seems like  little infection around 3rd molar tooth .... Today i hv done opg kindly hv a look and help me out for this thanking you...
