Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hello, I am bit confused regarding oral medicine/oral and maxillofacial surgeon. For oral licen planus out of both whom shall I consult. Please guide.

Hi dr, i hv seen brownish patch in my palate region and flap like structure in  left side of buccal mucosa  in my mouth i have extracted my mandibular 3rd molar tooth before 5 days and had antibiotics coverage ...my query is for this condition what shall i do how these  sypmtoms im  getting   am attaching my mouth pics kindly have a look and help me out ...thank u

My daughter is 11 months old and I can see a gap between the above teeth is it concerning or the gap will reduce after some particular age

I'm suffering from oral lichen planus. Can it change into cancer in the future? My university doctor only prescribed multivitamin tablets for three months. I have never smoked and never even consumed alcohol.

I have a wound on the inside of my cheek, which I suspect might be from accidentally biting it. The wound is painful, especially when it touches my teeth sometimes. The pain then radiates to my cheek, the side of my head and even to some of my teeth. I would like to know how to treat it and if it requires medical attention, Thank you.

I am a 15 year old male. Since last 3 months one side of my face (from fore head to mouth) has been displaced more forward than the other and because of that my right side of lips became a little bit more droopier than the left side( affected side), the nose is kinda deviated to right side( not the septum) and my right eye socket looks sunken compared go left eye. It gets worse day by day and the facial muscles of my left side of face are more active

Black colour is forming on edges of teeth, done scaling 1 month back,.again blackness forming even after taking oral cleaning.

Gums of upper jaw turning sligh dark I think due to smoking. Is it harmful or not also please tell if any cure ?
