Tooth and Mouth Problems

In the Ist photo my canine gums are going down what's the reason And in the second photo my gums under the inscisors have a white weird lining and is different from lower pink gum I want an overall detail that my gums are normal or not

I have a white patch and turned to black. When I scratch it on white spot it was gone but the color changes to light black. Again white patch formed.Sometime little pain is there if I eat spicy. I have this 6 to 7 months. Please suggest is it serious or normal black patch?

I had undergone root canal treatment of the lower molar and after one session  of root canal, I was told that I have to do wisdom tooth extraction to accommodate the crown. I did root canal and wisdom tooth extraction with tooth grafting done. Now I have developed a swelling near the extraction site and I was advised to take x ray which I did as seen in the second photo attached. Now again they are asking me to go for upper wisdom tooth extraction as there is infection. I have marked it in green. I don't know how far it is true as I don't feel any pain in the upper wisdom tooth area. Even the root canal I think was unnecessary instead a filling would have been sufficed as seen in the first photo attached. Please advise.

I recently got my braces on upper jaw. I have two wisdom teeth in lower jaw which are not yet erupted but opg xray shows that they are in weird position. Should i get them removed before getting the braces? or there is no need for removal at all?  Also do I have any milk tooth that needs to be extracted? i have attached my opg xray results. kindly let me know asap.

Without surgery and in less cost is there any way to align the lower jaw with upper jaw,please any doctor guide me

I was thinking of using *GC  tooth mousse* because i was noticing a very little spot on my premolar. Is it safe to use without dental prescription. I am also using sensodyne repair and protect toothpaste two times a day. So will the fluoride level will be appropriate? Overall o am asking  is it safe to use.

I had re rct done for tooth twice in 2 years- despite this i feel mild sensitivity in different areas of my teeth- can't pinpoint at one.. my teeth are also brittle and thin because of grinding over years Please suggest me the right toothpaste for my teeth- I wearing night guard since two days.. If you could suggest toothbrush and mouthwash as well, then it would be best Thanks

I have small white spot in my gum behind my 2nd molar tooth where previously (4yrs ago) surgical extraction of wisdom tooth is done. I have taken many antibiotics (monocef,sporidex725,augmentin625)..but its not completely cured. Its painless but i have discomfort during chewing after eating the spot reduced then again build up. So 2 dentist suggest me to do upper 3rd molar extraction and i have also done it..but still the problem not going..im helpless now what the hell is happening with me?

Doctor, I've had a mouth ulcer for 8 to 9 days. Initially, eating was painful, but using an ulcer cream for the past two days has provided some relief. However, I still experience discomfort when applying the cream. As a former smoker who quit over five years ago, I'm concerned that the ulcer isn't healing. Can you please offer some guidance?
