Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have noticed a painless lump type of thing in the inner side of lower lip . Attaching image for reference .Firstly I thought it would have been a chala but it doesn't hurt at all and looks like part same part as of inner part of lip. Pls advice

I have been experiencing teeths pain from more than a year on my right side upper and lower jaw and front teeths also upper and lower continuous pain from more than 1 year there is no swelling no pain while eating or chewing no sensitivity from hot and cold x-rays was done in past and doctor said it's due to impacted wisdom tooth now pain is radiating in right side also these are my xray photographs

My son in an incident has lost an incissor . Is it possible to implant at this age. He has no other medical condition.

Hi, My kid is 5.4 years old girl. Her lower centeral incisors fall out a month ago. Now, new teeths are growing in size bigger than old teeths.
