I had stomach infection 10 days ago due to contaminated water with 1 episode of loose motion and 100 F fever for 1 day. Since then there is no loose motion or fever but still feel mild stomach discomfort. Pl advise .

My wife is 8 months pregnant,she is feeling like to poop but not happen, felling like constipation pressure but poop not coming,she is taking 100 mg folic iron medicine and calcium tablet 1200 mg once in a day...

I feel bloated most of the time and gas even goes to the chest, i have to take Eno. I have visited Gastro earlier but no permanent resolution.

I have been diagonosed with severe duodentis present in endoscopy report with the impression of small sliding hiatus hernia and pangastritis RUT positive. I have been also diagonosed with fatty liver grade 2 through ultrasound. I have been taking medicine for almost 6 months. I am facing problems with breathlessness for very long period(1 year max) which cause me fatigue. My cholesterol levels are high as per lipid profile and my vit b12 is comparatively low. Doctors have prescribed me with anxiety relieving medicines for the breathing problem but the problem is still there. Please suggest me best medicare. Thank you.
