I have been suffering from anxiety (hypocondrisis) for a long time, for about a year.  Now I am in my recovering phase..but now i am experiencing constipation -digestion issue— I’m not able to pass stool properly every day, I don’t feel hungry, and my digestion isn’t good. What can I do to improve my stomach health?

From last five days. I feel pain while sleeping in morning around 5 am in my centre of chest which goes till back. Pain is not much high, but pain is like that i can not sleep. So i get up and pain disappear slowly slowly in approx 30 minutes to 1 hour without doing any remedy. What may be its cause. I am not taking any tablet right now for any disease. From last 1 month i am going through constipation. Even after going 3 times for fresh in morning , still stomach doesn't clear. Inside my mouth few more reddish skin is appearing. When i eat food little bit more chili i feel. This is happening from last 14 days. Please suggest, what problem could be this.

Hi Doctor, my mother aged 70 years was suffering a day on 9th May with 4-5 vomitings and then took medicines attached. Yesterday i.e, 21 May again she suffers 2-3 vomiting and stomach cramps. Please suggest what tests should be done? Why can be the reason for frequent. Please suggest tests I will go for tests, and shall do it in fasting or can do it today without fasting? Hi, I am having pain in my lower stomach and back and continuously feel nausea, especially when I eat. This has been there for the past 7 days. I had my doctor's medicines and then did a course of O2. After that I started with Vonoprazan. Still there is a stomach and back pain. Nausea is slightly better. Did USG abdomen and pelvis no such observation. My doc feels I have a stomach ulcer. How much time will it take to improve is there a need for consulting a gastrologist.

After having dinner, I suddenly felt pain in my stomach, nausea and 2 loose motions, started sweating and hear beats went up. I controlled my self lied down for few mins then came back to normal. This has happened to me last year as well. I got my abdomen ultrasound done yesterday, no major issues only mild fatty liver. I am on medications antibiotics and probiotics for IBS and stomach infection for one week. Please suggest is anything serous? In jan I got my ct coronary angiography with results zero calcium score. Can I take Ranidom-O syrup with 8 hours gap? And should I have it empty stomach or after eating ? My doctor has told me have it twice a day but 12 hours is difficult to manage can I make it 8 hours ?
