Fatty liver

Liver enlarged (24.5 cm), spleen enlarged 15.4 cm. Ast and Alt, ggtp elevated, prothrombin time 18sec and INR 1.3. Fibroscan F Score 323 and KPA 26.5. Anti smooth muscle antibody test - weak positive, ANA weak positive. I have pain at the Upper right stomach. The pain is sharp coming and going. I have diabetes militus and hypertension. Is there anything to be worried doctor?.

I DONT FEEL HUNGARY .

I DONT FEEL HUNGARY, just eat on time everyday . WHAT SHOULD I DO ? AND I AM UNDERWEIGHT . WANT TO GAIN WEIGHT BUT i dont feel hungary so automatically i dont consume enough food to come in categories of healthy weight . what should i do to increase my hunger so that i can cosume desired weight?
