It has been 2 years my digestion system got weak , plz tell me what do do now to recover my digestive system. I also loose my weight and I'm more skinny now my hand nerves are clearly visible.

Seeing little mucus in stool occasionally. Particularly if I pressure to poop, it happens. Checked CBC , Hemoglobin 13.1, RBC 4.78 , PCV 38.7%. Is this normal or needed further evaluation?

Hi, I would like to know is it safe to consume Oziva protein and herbs when I want to lose weight. I'm 29 and don't get enough proteins.
