I done usg abdoman that time fatty liver grade1 with few small hemongiman.please tell me treatment.i don't want to go operation.please suggest

Can I take isabgol and picoroz laxative on the same day. It is very hard because of constipation. Is it ok. Laxative is not working. Can i take this fibre(isabgol) on the same day using laxative for a day.

I have constipation from last 1 year then i used some costipation relief pawder(churan). whenever i used pawder then next day i have to go toilet whole day for minimum 3 or 4 time but not fully satisfied with bowel movement and whenever i go outside suddenly poop coming 😢 so i doubt i also have IBS problem Plz help me doctor Thank you.
